Bridget Telencio-Hambretch
My love of dogs was nurtured by my mother who got me a collie at the age of 3. Since then, I have owned Papillons and mixed breeds. I first began to teach agility and obedience in 2001. I mentored under Greta Marchus. My first competition dog was Sarge a Dalmatian who I showed in Agility, obedience, flyball, and tracking. Lance was my next Dalmatian and I have shown him in many sports; conformation, agility, rally, flyball, road trial, and his favorite dock diving. My current competition dog is Lava, a working line Belgian Tervuren. At the age of 3, she is competing in Excellent agility in AKC and we compete in USDAA where she is in Advanced level. We have shown in C-wag Obedience and Rally. Our current goal is training for Mondio Ring, which is a protection work sport. I hope to trial her in Nov 2014.
I enjoy teaching people who want to show or who just want to build a better relationship with their dog. I enjoy solving problems handlers have with their dogs and teaching people to become better handlers. I love to find ways to make obedience fun and enjoyable for you and your dog. Hope to meet you soon.
